Disney Adventure World was a special one for us because this was the final Disney park we needed to visit to say we had visited every Disney park in the world.

We are Disney lovers, and Disney has become part of our travel story in a way I never expected when we first started traveling. We have visited Disney parks in different countries, compared rides, watched shows, eaten snacks, collected memories, and seen how each park has its own version of the magic.

So visiting Disney Adventure World was not just another theme park day. It was the last piece of a Disney goal we had been working toward across years of travel.

Disneyland Paris Guide (23).png

The day we visited was also a rainy day, and I mean it poured for most of the day.

That made the park a little tricky to enjoy because we were trying to get to rides, find food, watch shows, take photos, and move around without getting completely soaked. We did get little breaks where the rain stopped, and that helped us move between areas, but the weather definitely changed the pace of the day.

If you are visiting Disney Adventure World, check the weather before you go. Bring an umbrella, ponchos, or a rain jacket if rain is even a possibility because buying those things inside the park can get expensive. A rainy Disney day can still be fun, but it is much easier when you are prepared instead of trying to figure it out after the rain starts.

Disney Adventure World is the second park at Disneyland Paris. It used to be Walt Disney Studios Park, but it has been reimagined into a park with more immersive worlds, including World of Frozen, Marvel Avengers Campus, Worlds of Pixar, Adventure Way, and Adventure Bay.

This park feels very different from Disneyland Park.

Disneyland Park is the castle park. It has Sleeping Beauty Castle, classic lands, the parade, the big nighttime castle show, and that traditional Disney feeling.

Disney Adventure World is more about Pixar, Marvel, Frozen, newer attractions, stage shows, immersive lands, and the park transformation that made the second park feel like a bigger part of a Disneyland Paris trip.

If you are visiting Disneyland Paris and wondering whether Disney Adventure World is worth it, I think it depends on your priorities. But for us, especially with World of Frozen now open, this park absolutely deserved its own time.

For the full resort overview, read my Disneyland Paris Guide: Is It Worth Visiting from Paris? Guide.

Disneyland Paris Guide (22).png

Is Disney Adventure World Worth Visiting?

Yes, Disney Adventure World is worth visiting if you want to experience the newer side of Disneyland Paris.

Before the reimagining, the second park did not always feel like a full must-do for every visitor. It had good rides and shows, but it did not always have the same emotional pull as the castle park.

Now, with World of Frozen, Adventure Bay, Adventure Way, Marvel Avengers Campus, Pixar attractions, and the newer nighttime show, Disney Adventure World feels much stronger.

I still think Disneyland Park is the main park if you only have one day and want the classic Disney experience. That is the park with the castle, Main Street, Fantasyland, Adventureland, Frontierland, Discoveryland, the parade, and the big nighttime show.

But Disney Adventure World is no longer a park I would casually ignore.

If you love Frozen, Pixar, Marvel, Ratatouille, stage shows, or want to see what the second park has become, it is worth visiting.

For rides across both parks, read my Best Rides at Disneyland Paris and Disney Adventure World Guide.

Disneyland Paris Guide (20).png

Disney Adventure World vs Disneyland Park

Disney Adventure World and Disneyland Park are two different parks with two different feelings.

Disneyland Park is the castle park. It feels more classic, nostalgic, and fairytale-based. That is where you go for Sleeping Beauty Castle, Pirates of the Caribbean, Big Thunder Mountain, Phantom Manor, Fantasyland, Disney Stars on Parade, and the main castle nighttime show.

Disney Adventure World is the second park. It feels more modern, newer, and tied to specific Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Frozen worlds. This is where you go for World of Frozen, Frozen Ever After, Avengers Campus, Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure, Ratatouille, Crush’s Coaster, Tower of Terror, Mickey and the Magician, TOGETHER: a Pixar Musical Adventure, Animation Academy, and Disney Cascade of Lights.

If you have one day and only one park ticket, Disneyland Park is probably the better choice for a first Disneyland Paris visit.

If you have a two-park ticket, Disney Adventure World is where I would spend a strong chunk of the day, especially now that World of Frozen is open.

If you have two days, I would give each park its own day so you are not rushing back and forth.

For show planning, read my Best Shows at Disneyland Paris: Mickey and the Magician, Pixar, and Lion King Guide.

Disneyland Paris Guide (17).png

The Park Transformation

Disney Adventure World is not just a name change.

The second park has been transformed from the former Walt Disney Studios Park into something bigger and more immersive. Instead of feeling like a behind-the-scenes movie studio park, it now leans more into full Disney worlds and themed lands.

World of Frozen opened on March 29, 2026, as part of the park’s major expansion. The new land brings Arendelle to Disneyland Paris with Frozen Ever After, Arendelle Bay, Nordic-style buildings, dining, shopping, entertainment, and character experiences.

Disneyland Paris Guide (18).png

Adventure Way and Adventure Bay also help connect the park in a way that makes it feel more complete. Adventure Way includes gardens, food, and the new Raiponce Tangled Spin ride, while Adventure Bay gives the park a larger central lagoon and space for nighttime entertainment.

Disney Cascade of Lights gives Disney Adventure World its own nighttime show, which is important because the second park needed more of that full-day park feeling.

There is also more coming to the park in the future, including a Lion King-themed area. So even if you visit now, Disney Adventure World is still part of a bigger transformation.

WORLD PREMIER DISNEYLAND PARIS.jpg

World Premiere and World Premiere Plaza

World Premiere and World Premiere Plaza are part of the entrance and central area of Disney Adventure World.

This area helps set up the park before you move into the bigger lands like Worlds of Pixar, Avengers Campus, World of Frozen, Adventure Way, and Adventure Bay. It still has some of that Hollywood and movie-premiere feeling tied to the park’s older Walt Disney Studios identity, but now it works more like the opening chapter of the reimagined park.

This is also where you may pass through on your way to shows, rides, restaurants, and the newer areas. It may not be the land people are rushing to first, but it is part of the park’s flow and helps connect the experience.

Disneyland Paris Guide-3.png

World of Frozen

World of Frozen is the biggest reason many people will now want to visit Disney Adventure World.

This land brings Arendelle to Disneyland Paris with Elsa’s ice palace, a Nordic-style village, Frozen Ever After, character moments, dining, shopping, and entertainment around the bay.

If you love Frozen, this area is a must.

Frozen Ever After is the main ride. It is a family-friendly boat ride through the Frozen story with Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Olaf, music, and beautiful theming. It is not meant to be an intense thrill ride. It is more about story, atmosphere, music, and being inside the world of Frozen.

Disneyland Paris Guide (15).png

A Celebration in Arendelle is another part of the land’s entertainment. This newer show brings Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff, and the people of Arendelle into a festive outdoor moment around Arendelle Bay.

If Frozen is a priority for your trip, do not treat World of Frozen as a quick walk-through. Give yourself time to ride, watch, take photos, browse the area, and actually enjoy the land.

I go deeper into the full land in my World of Frozen Paris Guide: Visiting Arendelle at Disney Adventure World Guide.

Disneyland Paris Guide (16).png

Frozen Ever After

Frozen Ever After is one of the main rides at Disney Adventure World.

The ride is inside World of Frozen, and because it is new and tied to such a popular movie, I would expect it to stay busy. If this ride matters to you, check wait times in the Disneyland Paris app and plan it earlier rather than leaving it until everyone is tired.

This is a good ride for families and Frozen fans because it is not a high-thrill attraction. It is more about the music, characters, animatronics, and the feeling of being in Arendelle.

If you only have one day and are visiting both parks, decide ahead of time how important Frozen Ever After is. If it is a must-do, make sure your ticket includes Disney Adventure World and build it into your route.

For more ride planning, read my Best Rides at Disneyland Paris and Disney Adventure World Guide.

Disneyland Paris Guide (14).png

A Celebration in Arendelle

A Celebration in Arendelle is part of the World of Frozen entertainment at Disney Adventure World.

We did not see this one during our visit, but it is worth knowing about if Frozen is one of your priorities. The show takes place around Arendelle Bay and brings the Frozen characters and village atmosphere into the park in a way that makes the land feel alive.

This is the kind of entertainment that matters in a themed land.

A ride can be great, but shows, characters, music, and atmosphere are what make a land feel like more than just a ride building. If you are visiting World of Frozen, check the app and see if A Celebration in Arendelle is running during your day.

If it is, I would try to see it.

27.png

Marvel Avengers Campus

Marvel Avengers Campus is one of the big areas inside Disney Adventure World.

This is where you get Marvel rides, character moments, rooftop performances, and that superhero energy that feels completely different from the castle park.

The two main rides here are Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure and Avengers Assemble: Flight Force.

Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure is interactive and fun, especially if you like rides where you are actually doing something. You use your arms to sling webs and help Spider-Man stop the Spider-Bots, so it can feel playful and competitive.

Avengers Assemble: Flight Force is a more intense roller coaster, so it is better for thrill riders. If you do not like fast, dark rides or motion-heavy attractions, this may not be for you.

DISNEYLAND PARIS.jpg

Avengers Campus also has live entertainment. We saw Spider-Man on the building, and that was such a fun random moment. The Amazing Spider-Man performance has him up on the W.E.B. Workshop building, flipping, jumping, and moving across the rooftop area.

There is also Avengers Unite, with characters like Black Widow, Black Panther, and Spider-Man in a rooftop-style stunt performance. Guardians of the Galaxy: Dance Challenge brings Star-Lord and Gamora into a fun, playful dance-off moment.

These performances make Avengers Campus feel more alive. It is not just rides and buildings. You may be walking through the land and suddenly there is a Marvel moment happening above you.

That is the kind of thing I love about Disney.

Disneyland Paris Guide (9).png

Worlds of Pixar

Worlds of Pixar is another major part of Disney Adventure World, and it gives the park a lot more variety beyond Frozen and Marvel.

This area includes Pixar attractions like Ratatouille, Crush’s Coaster, Toy Story Playland, Cars rides, and other Pixar-themed spots. It works well because there is a mix of bigger rides, family-friendly rides, and easier attractions you can use between the more intense parts of the day.

Ratatouille is one of the rides that feels especially perfect for Disneyland Paris because the movie is already tied to Paris. You shrink down to Remy’s size and move through a 4D ride experience inspired by the world of Ratatouille. It is fun, cute, and one of those rides that makes sense in this park.

Crush’s Coaster is one of the most popular rides in Disney Adventure World, and it can have long waits. It is also more intense than it looks because of the spinning coaster element, so keep that in mind if you get motion sick. If this ride is high on your list, check the wait time early and decide if you want to prioritize it.

Toy Story Playland is also part of Worlds of Pixar, and this area is especially good if you are visiting with kids or want lighter rides between the bigger attractions. This is where you will find rides like RC Racer, Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin, and Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop.

RC Racer is more of a thrill ride than it looks at first because of the back-and-forth half-pipe motion. Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin is gentler and more family-friendly. Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop gives you a lighter drop-style ride, so it can be a good middle ground if Tower of Terror feels too intense.

The Cars rides can also be good bonus attractions if you are visiting with younger kids, Cars fans, or you want something easier between bigger rides. I would not personally prioritize them over Frozen Ever After, Ratatouille, Crush’s Coaster, Tower of Terror, or Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure if you only have a short visit, but they help round out the park.

IMG_6507.jpg

That is what Worlds of Pixar does well. It gives Disney Adventure World more family options, more color, and more variety. It may not all be brand new, but if you are trying to experience the park as a full park and not just rush to Frozen and Marvel, it is worth walking through and seeing what fits your day.

Disneyland Paris Guide (7).png

Ratatouille: The Adventure

Ratatouille is one of the rides I think makes the most sense at Disneyland Paris.

The movie is tied to Paris, the theming feels cute, and the ride itself is fun without being too intense. It is a 4D trackless-style experience where you feel like you are moving through the world from Remy’s size.

This is a good ride for families and anyone who wants a fun Disney story ride without a major thrill element.

It can get busy, so check wait times in the app. If it is a priority and the wait is long, Disney Premier Access may be worth considering.

I like rides that feel connected to the park location, and Ratatouille has that.

CARS RIDE DISNEYLAND PARIS.jpg

Cars Rides

Disney Adventure World also has Cars attractions inside Worlds of Pixar.

Cars Road Trip is a family-friendly ride-through attraction and can be a good option if you want something easy. It is not one of the most intense or must-do rides in the park, but it works if you are with younger kids, want a calmer break, or are trying to experience more of the park.

Cars Quatre Roues Rallye is a spinning-style family ride. It is cute, simple, and better for families or Cars fans than thrill seekers.

I would not put the Cars rides above Frozen Ever After, Ratatouille, Crush’s Coaster, Tower of Terror, Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure, or Mickey and the Magician, but they are good bonus rides if wait times are reasonable.

image.png

Crush’s Coaster

Crush’s Coaster is one of the most popular rides at Disney Adventure World.

Do not let the Finding Nemo theme fool you into thinking it is just a gentle little ride. It is a spinning coaster, and it can feel more intense than expected.

If you love coasters and do not mind spinning, put it high on your list.

If you get motion sick, think carefully before riding.

Because wait times can be long, this is one I would watch closely in the app. Ride it early, use Disney Premier Access if it makes sense, or be prepared for a longer wait.

This is one of those Disney Adventure World rides people often prioritize, so do not leave it until the last minute if it is important to you.

30.png

Tower of Terror

Tower of Terror is one of the major rides at Disney Adventure World, and it deserves a real spot in your plan if you like thrill rides.

This is not a small side attraction. It is one of the park’s biggest thrill rides, with the creepy Hollywood Tower Hotel theme, dark atmosphere, suspense, and those big drop sequences that make your stomach feel like it got left somewhere above you.

If you love drop rides, Tower of Terror should be high on your Disney Adventure World list. It gives you that mix of storytelling, theming, anticipation, and thrill that Disney does really well.

If you hate drops, this is an easy skip.

I always say with rides like this, know yourself. Disney can make even intense rides look fun and manageable because the theming is so good, but Tower of Terror is still a drop ride. If that falling feeling is not your thing, do not let anyone pressure you into it.

For teens, adults, and thrill riders, this is one of the rides that can make Disney Adventure World feel more exciting. It also balances the park because World of Frozen, Ratatouille, and several Pixar rides are more family-friendly, while Tower of Terror gives the park a stronger thrill option.

If it is important to you, check the wait time in the Disneyland Paris app and consider Disney Premier Access if the line is too long and you do not want to miss it.

Disneyland Paris Guide (24).png

Animation Academy

Animation Academy was one of the things we did at Disney Adventure World, and I am glad we made time for it.

It is not a ride or a stage show. It is more of an interactive drawing experience where you learn how to draw a Disney character step by step.

IMG_6281.jpg

I like activities like this because they give you something different to do in the park. You get to sit down, slow down, and take home something you made yourself. It also works for different ages because you do not have to be an artist to enjoy it.

This is a good stop if you want a break from rides, lines, and walking, but still want to do something Disney-related.

Seats are limited for each session, so check availability in the app or near the location when you are in the park.

If you are traveling with kids, teens, or even adults who like creative activities, I would add Animation Academy to your Disney Adventure World list.

Disneyland Paris Guide (2).png

Mickey and the Magician

Mickey and the Magician is one of the best shows at Disneyland Paris, and it is inside Disney Adventure World.

I loved this show.

It has music, characters, stage effects, magic, and that classic Disney theater feeling. It is the kind of show that works for kids and adults because it is not just a quick character moment. It feels like a real production.

This is also one of the best ways to rest during the day without feeling like you are wasting time. You get to sit down and still enjoy something that feels very Disney.

If Mickey and the Magician is running during your visit, make time for it.

For more entertainment planning, read my Best Shows at Disneyland Paris: Mickey and the Magician, Pixar, and Lion King Guide.

Disneyland Paris Guide.png

TOGETHER: A Pixar Musical Adventure

TOGETHER: a Pixar Musical Adventure is another Disney Adventure World show I loved.

It brings together Pixar characters, music, live performance, and that emotional Pixar feeling. It is bright, fun, and still has enough heart to make it feel like more than a simple theme park show.

This is another reason I think Disney Adventure World is worth more time than people may expect. The park is not only about rides. The shows are a big part of what makes the day feel full.

If you are planning a Disney Adventure World day, check the app for showtimes and build your rides around the shows you care about most.

Disneyland Paris Guide (5).png

Disney Cascade of Lights

Disney Cascade of Lights is the nighttime show at Disney Adventure World.

This gives the second park its own evening spectacular, which makes it feel more complete as a full-day park. The show takes place around Adventure Bay with lights, fountains, projections, fireworks, drones, and Disney music.

This matters because Disneyland Park already has the big castle nighttime show, and that is usually the one first-time visitors think about. But now Disney Adventure World has its own nighttime ending too.

If you only have one night, you may have to choose between the Disneyland Park castle show and Disney Cascade of Lights.

For a first Disneyland Paris visit, I would probably still prioritize the castle show at Disneyland Park because that is the classic Disney ending. But if you have two days, or if Disney Adventure World is your main focus, Disney Cascade of Lights is worth considering.

Disneyland Paris Guide-2.png

Adventure Way and Raiponce Tangled Spin

Adventure Way helps connect the newer parts of Disney Adventure World, and it gives the park a more complete flow.

This area includes gardens, food, and the Raiponce Tangled Spin ride. The ride is inspired by Tangled, and it adds a lighter, more playful attraction to the park.

I like that Disney Adventure World now has more than just disconnected sections. Adventure Way and Adventure Bay make the park feel like it is growing into something bigger and more intentional.

If you are walking toward World of Frozen, do not rush through this area without looking around.

ADVENTURE WAY DISNEYLAND PARIS.jpg

Adventure Bay

Adventure Bay is one of the big changes that helps Disney Adventure World feel more complete.

The park now has a central lake area that connects the newer lands and gives Disney Adventure World a stronger visual center. This makes a difference because the second park used to feel more like scattered areas instead of one full park experience.

GGGGGGGG

Adventure Bay is also where Disney Cascade of Lights takes place at night. That gives the second park its own evening show, which is important because Disneyland Park already has the castle nighttime show.

Even if you are rushing between rides, take a minute to actually look around Adventure Bay. This area helps the reimagined park feel bigger, prettier, and more intentional.

Disneyland Paris Guide.png

Food at Disney Adventure World

Disney Adventure World has a mix of quick-service food, themed dining, snacks, and newer food options connected to the park expansion.

Some of the biggest dining options to know include Bistrot Chez Rémy, PYM Kitchen, Stark Factory, Super Diner, Café Hyperion-style quick service nearby in the resort, Overland Trail Café, and new food options around Adventure Way and World of Frozen.

Bistrot Chez Rémy is one of the most themed dining experiences because it connects to Ratatouille and makes you feel like you are eating in Remy’s world.

PYM Kitchen is tied to Avengers Campus and has that Marvel science-lab food concept with oversized and miniaturized items.

Stark Factory is another Marvel-area option if you want something quicker.

We personally tried the Doritos Loaded Croquant de l'Ouest from Overland Trail Café. It had plain Doritos, salsa sauce, crispy onions, Mexican-spiced shredded chicken, tomatoes, onions, and coriander. It was 10€ when we visited, and it was okay. Not terrible, not amazing, just okay.

For the full food breakdown, read my What to Eat at Disneyland Paris: Best Food, Snacks, and What We Actually Tried Guide.

28.png

Tickets for Disney Adventure World

Disney Adventure World is a separate park from Disneyland Park, so make sure your ticket matches what you want to do.

If you buy a one-park ticket, you need to choose which park you are visiting. If you want to visit both Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World in the same day, you need a two-park ticket.

This matters because World of Frozen, Avengers Campus, Pixar rides, Mickey and the Magician, TOGETHER, Animation Academy, and Disney Cascade of Lights are all inside Disney Adventure World.

If you are only going for one day and want the castle park too, a two-park ticket gives you flexibility, but it also makes the day busier.

If Frozen or Marvel is your main reason for going, Disney Adventure World may be worth making your main park focus.

Book Disneyland Paris tickets ahead and compare one-park versus two-park options before choosing.

Disneyland Paris Guide (12).png

Can You Do Disney Adventure World in Half a Day?

You can do Disney Adventure World in half a day, but I would not recommend that if World of Frozen, shows, and popular rides are priorities.

Before the expansion, it was easier to treat the second park like a half-day add-on. Now, I think it deserves more time.

If you only have half a day, focus on your top priorities. That may be Frozen Ever After, Ratatouille, Crush’s Coaster, Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure, one show, and a walk through World of Frozen.

If you have a full day, you can experience the park more comfortably, especially if you want to see Mickey and the Magician, TOGETHER, Animation Academy, Avengers Campus performances, A Celebration in Arendelle, and Disney Cascade of Lights.

For a first Disneyland Paris visit with one day total, I would still be careful about trying to do too much in both parks. But if you have two days, Disney Adventure World deserves its own day.

Disneyland Paris Guide (8).png

Where to Stay for Disney Adventure World

If Disney Adventure World is a major part of your trip, staying near Disneyland Paris can make everything easier.

You can arrive earlier, stay later for Disney Cascade of Lights, take breaks if needed, and avoid a long train ride back to Paris when everyone is tired.

Disney hotel options include Disneyland Hotel, Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel, Disney Newport Bay Club, Disney Sequoia Lodge, Disney Hotel Cheyenne, Disney Hotel Santa Fe, and Disney Davy Crockett Ranch.

Nearby non-Disney options include Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe, Moxy Paris Val d’Europe, Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d’Europe, Relais Spa Val d’Europe, Staycity Aparthotels Paris Marne La Vallée, and B&B HOTEL près de Disneyland Paris.

If you are staying in Paris and visiting Disney as a day trip, try to stay near easy RER A access. That makes the trip to Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy much easier.

For more Paris stay planning, read my Where to Stay in Paris: Why Staying Outside the Center Changed My Trip Guide.

Safety and Practical Tips for Disney Adventure World

Disney Adventure World is family-friendly, but it is still a busy theme park.

Keep your phone, wallet, tickets, and bag secure, especially in crowds, food lines, show areas, and on the train to and from the parks.

A Travelon anti-theft bag is useful for Disney days because you are moving through train stations, park entrances, rides, restaurants, shops, and crowds all day.

Have data on your phone. Airalo eSIM helps with the Disneyland Paris app, maps, wait times, show schedules, mobile planning, and staying connected while you are out all day.

Bring a portable charger. Between photos, videos, tickets, maps, wait times, and messages, your battery can drain fast.

I also like having SafetyWing travel insurance in place when traveling abroad, especially while full-time traveling or traveling with family. Disney days are fun, but travel delays, illness, accidents, and unexpected issues can happen anywhere.

Wear comfortable shoes because Disney Adventure World involves a lot of walking, especially if you are also moving between both parks.

29.png

My Honest Tips for Disney Adventure World

Do not treat Disney Adventure World like a tiny half-day park anymore.

Prioritize World of Frozen if Frozen matters to you.

Check wait times for Frozen Ever After, Crush’s Coaster, Ratatouille, and Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure.

Make time for Mickey and the Magician.

See TOGETHER: a Pixar Musical Adventure if it is running.

Do Animation Academy if you want a calmer interactive activity.

Stop for Marvel entertainment in Avengers Campus if you see it happening.

Check the app for A Celebration in Arendelle.

Do not forget Tower of Terror. It is one of the major Disney Adventure World thrill rides and deserves a real spot in your plan if you like drop rides.

Disneyland Paris Guide (10).png

Use the app to check ride times across the whole park, not just Frozen and Marvel. Crush’s Coaster, Tower of Terror, Ratatouille, Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure, and Frozen Ever After can all shape your day.

Treat Toy Story Playland and the Cars rides as bonus areas if you are short on time, but include them if you want the full Disney Adventure World experience.

IMG_6520.jpg

Stay for Disney Cascade of Lights if Disney Adventure World is your evening park.

Use Disney Premier Access selectively if the lines are too long for your must-do rides.

Book Disneyland Paris tickets ahead.

Use Airalo eSIM so the app, tickets, and maps work smoothly.

Carry a secure bag like a Travelon anti-theft bag.

Have SafetyWing travel insurance before your trip.

Give the park more time than you think, especially now that World of Frozen is open.

26.png

Final Thoughts: Is Disney Adventure World Worth It?

Yes, Disney Adventure World is worth visiting, especially now that the park has been reimagined and World of Frozen is open.

For us, this park was extra meaningful because it was the final Disney park we needed to visit to say we had visited every Disney park in the world. That made the day feel bigger than just a regular theme park visit.

Disney Adventure World is still very different from Disneyland Park. It does not replace the castle park, and I would not tell a first-time visitor to skip Disneyland Park for it unless Frozen, Marvel, or Pixar is their main priority.

But I do think Disney Adventure World deserves real time now.

Disneyland Paris Guide (6).png

World of Frozen gives the park a major new reason to visit. Avengers Campus brings Marvel energy. Worlds of Pixar has rides that are fun and family-friendly. The shows are strong. Animation Academy gives you something creative to do. Disney Cascade of Lights gives the park its own nighttime ending.

This is no longer just the second park you walk through after Disneyland Park.

It is becoming a stronger Disney park on its own.

If you are visiting Disneyland Paris, do not ignore Disney Adventure World. Plan for it, choose your priorities, and give yourself enough time to enjoy what the park has become.
